Concussion Baseline Testing
Beginning in 2021, The Delsea Regional School District implemented the Concussion Vital Signs Software as the management tool for athletics-related traumatic brain injury. By testing a healthy, uninjured brain, the sports medicine team at Delsea can utilize benchmarks to provide a safe and responsible return to athletic activity. Every Delsea Athlete is required to have a baseline test completed every twenty-four months.
BASELINE TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
User ID: Delseaathlete
Password: Crusader
On the second page of the registration process, it will ask you for an athlete ID. Your athlete ID will be your first name followed by your last name, in all lowercase. For example, the user ID for Kevin Briles would be kevinbriles.
On the third page of the registration process, it will ask you what assessment type you're taking. Choose, " Baseline".
Also on the third page, it will ask you what assessment you are taking. It provides four choices. You are to choose all four options (Concussion Vital Signs, Athlete Information and Medical History, Concussion Symptom Scale, and Concussion Sideline Assessment).
