This year, we learned more advanced tools in Adobe Illustrator and focused on portfolio development. Some of our projects that you may see in the student galleries are: NJ Revolution Logos, "How To" Posters, Perspective Grids & Textures, Typographic Illustrations, Personal Logotypes and more.

This assignment required students to brainstorm and storyboard a concept for a children’s board book and then execute the design in a Vector platform. Most did not have access to Adobe Illustrator and had to create artwork from free browser based programs that they were completely unfamiliar with before the project. The mission was to create simple straightforward graphics that communicate an idea.
