The beauty of teaching all of the graphics classes is getting to have awesome students more than once! I already know their strengths and can push them to be even better designers.
This year, we learned advanced tools of Adobe Illustrator as well as the production end of design and more. Some of our projects that you may see in the student galleries are: Doodle 4 Google, NJ Revolution Logos, 3D Revolve, Homecoming Designs, PTA Reflections, Pattern Coordinates, Gradient Mesh & much more.

This assignment required students to brainstorm and storyboard a concept for a children’s board book and then execute the design in a Vector platform. Most did not have access to Adobe Illustrator and had to create artwork from free browser based programs that they were completely unfamiliar with before the project. The mission was to create simple straightforward graphics that communicate an idea.
