What to Expect in Sixth Grade
What to Expect in Sixth Grade
Welcome to sixth grade! We hope to make this year a successful one as our sixth graders increase their independence to prepare for middle school. We want to empower students to become reflective learners and thinkers who utilize problem solving skills in academic and social situations. Together, we will build a strong classroom community emphasizing responsibility, accountability, collaboration, communication, and self-advocacy.
To find out more about the 6th grade expectations, please read the 6th Grade Guidebook for Success.
If you were not able to attend Back to School Night, you can view the slideshow presentation.
Life Outside of the Coyote Den
My husband, Joe, and I enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time at the beach. Our son Jack in 10th grade this year and our daughter Emma is 4th grader at Sage Canyon.
