Swim & Dive Families

Families Overview: During the season athletes will be split up into different families - similar to their houses throughout their time with Hayes High School.  Every year the families will change - but the idea is to increase team bonding throughout the entire team.  

Family Prize: The team that earns the most family points at the end of the season will earn some type of Free Reward (T-Shirt, Keychain, etc.)

Who can Earn Family Points (FP): Anyone who is linked to the athlete is able to earn points for their athlete.  For example, in Football Cleanups, if an Athlete is present, their parents, and sister -- they would each earn 20 Family Points ... so that athlete is contributing 80 house points!  (4 individuals x 20 points each). 

Family Selection: The coaches will create the families after the first week of the season.  Captains and other athletes may make suggestions before the placement - but the coaches are responsible for making the families.
