Lindsay's Law (Required for all)

• Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) occurs when the heart suddenly and unexpectedly stops beating, cutting off blood flow to the brain and other vital organs.

• SCA is fatal if not treated immediately, most often by a defibrillator
