How to Reset Your Parent Portal Password

Tucker Middle School creates Parent Portal accounts for all parents and guardians. If you need help accessing your account, resetting your password, or recovering your username, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Request Your Parent Portal Login Information

If you do not know your username or password, please email our Parent Liaison:

Include the following information:

1. Your child’s full name

2. Your child’s student ID number (lunch number)

3. Your full name

You will receive your updated username and/or temporary password within 2–3 business days.

Step 2: Logging In With Your Temporary Password

Once you receive your temporary password, visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page and enter: 

Campus Parent 

• Username: (sent in your email)

• Temporary Password: (sent in your email)

⚠️ Important Login Tip — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Sometimes Infinite Campus may experience a small glitch during your first login attempt.
If this happens, follow these steps:

1. Enter your username and temporary password, then click Sign In.

2. If the page refreshes and returns you to the main login screen, try logging in again using the same username and password.

3. On your second attempt, you should see a prompt to reset your password.

4. When asked for the Old Password, enter the temporary password you received in your email.

5. Create and confirm a new password of your choice.

6. Save or write down your new password for future use.

Once your password is reset, you will be logged in successfully.

After logging in, you will be able to view your child’s:

• Grades

• Attendance

• Schedule

• Progress reports

• Teacher messages

• And more
