Chamblee MS CC is a club sport and is not affiliated with Dekalb County School District. That means all funding comes from parents, and transportation to meets in not provided. Cross Country is a sport that anyone can participate in, regardless of running experience. Middle School CC meets are 2-miles races against others in the state. Each meet provides a different vibe, course, and running surface. Last year, our girls finished as state champions! We look forward to another great season!

Join us on Thursday, October 9th at Chamblee First United Methodist from 5:30pm-7:00pm for a Family Fun Run and End of Season Celebration. We will have a 2 mile family fun run and then celebrate with pizza, desserts, and end of season awards.

The Dunwoody Dash
The Dunwoody Dash
Austin Elementary invites you to the 22nd annual Dunwoody Dash 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run on Saturday, October 25th, 2025.
Bring the entire family for post race fun including Dunwoody's favorite food trucks, music, free inflatables, face painting and more! All proceeds from the Dunwoody Dash support Austin Elementary School students, faculty and staff, and fund school enrichment programs.
5K starts at 8am
Fun Run/Walk starts at 8:10am
Family Fun Zone 8am to 10:30am
**Register before October 3rd to get a free t-shirt with each entry**
The 5k is an official qualifier for the 2026 AJC Peachtree Road Race. Awards will be given to the top 5k runners in various age groups.
