Cosmetology is the art and science of beautifying and improving the hair, nails, skin, and study of cosmetics and their application. The program provides hands-on-training in a realistic setting allowing students the opportunity to master the skills of hair styling, hair shaping, coloring, permanent waving, hair relaxing, nail technology, and skin therapy. Completion of the program will provide the students with most of the hours needed to obtain a license through the State Board of Cosmetology.
