How To Log Into The Training Site

You should all have invites in your Dekalash inbox with an invite to the MindBody training site (this is separate from your studio). The email will be from confirm@mindbodyonline.com and look like the one below. Be sure to check our spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox!  Here is what that email looks like:

If you have not received this invitation, please email our mindbody support team right away at mindbody@dekalash.com so that you can be added.  

How to add your Lash Artists

Once you log in, your first step should be to add all your lash artists to the training site.  If you have any trouble logging in, please email mindbody@dekalash.com as well.

How To Get Back To The Training Site

Here is how to access the training site from https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/launch - click that link and where it asks for a site, type the following (with the dash in front):

You should get to the login site from there. Here is a quick screen recording of this process:

If You've Added Staff & They Didn't Get The Email/You Are Unable to Select A Role When Adding A Lash Artist Member

This is a known bug that would not allow you to select a role for a user - this should be resolved going forward - however if you are unable to select a role for your Lash Artists, add them anyway, then to resolve this issue, follow the below steps:

• Search for or select the lash artist profile you’ve added

• Click on their name to enter their profile

• Highlight and copy their email address  (you can find the email used on the main profile page - the first line of the staff profile next to “Contact”)

• Under their profile picture, you’ll see “Login” - click on “Set Up Login”

• Paste or Re-enter the email address used to create the profile and click “Next”

• The next page will allow you to select a role - select the applicable role from the drop down

• Click done

• The system will send out the invite email

• Direct your lash artists to check their emails (spam folder as well)
