We use ASQ to screen childen starting as early as 3 months old. This tool helps track all basic development in the 5 domains as well as we can use the social emotional screening to help children who may be great in all 5 domains but are still struggling in the classroom setting.

We have a play based curriculum with general themes but ultimately child driven, we have started the Pre -K for ME curriculum and excited to incorporate that into what we already do daily. All of our curriculum work is based in the 5 domains, Cognitive, Language, Social and Emotional Development.
Preschool classrooms follow the Public Pre-K for ME curriculum. This fabulous curriculum was created for 4 year old's but our amazing team has adapted it for 3 and up helping them to adjust to the currlculum and schedule prior to going into Public school.

Toddler rooms- Our team of Directors has taken the Pre-k for ME as an example and created a toddler curriculum that supports the development of children starting as early as age 1 up through 3.
Infant rooms- 6 week through 12month works on a daily basis to meet children's individual milestones, they do this through arts and crafts, tummy time, reading, cognitive play and so much more.

We have music class that comes in once a month to sing with us, as well as doing daily dance parties, movement songs and learning different genres of music.

Building block towers, finding balance, creating experiences for them to problem solve and understand cause and reaction.

drawing, story times, songs and more all help our children learn. Here this child drew a whole story on the whiteboard then told her teachers all about it.

So many life skills are learned through dramatic play. Kids get to be whatever they want whether its a mom with babies, a clerk at a check out counter, the waiter at the diner or a "super hero/firefighter/chef" (always my favorite)

Learning through out natural enviroment is so important. How we treat nature, bugs, animals and how it all works and feels. Here this little boy is enjoying crunching the dead leaves for a great sensory effect.

Social/ Emotional Development
Playing together, sharing, and talking through problems are all ways children learn how to socialize but also how to regulate thier own emothins. Playdough is also a great emotional regulator for many children.
