Fundraising Information

Schedule for 2019-2020 Fundraisers

  • Bucky Books - September - October
    • Profit: $15 per book sold; Sell 5 books, get the 6th for free ($35)
  • Fall Fundraiser - Sale in September (Start date: Sept 9; End Date: Sept. 23) , Delivery in October (October 16)
    • Profit - ~40% of total sold
  • - Cheesecake/Butterbraids/Coffee - Sale Starts Sept 25; End Date October 9; Deliver October 21 (cheesecake and ButterBraids); Oct. 22 (Coffee)
    • Profit - Varies by item sold
  • - Fruit Sale (Organized by Music Boosters - sale in November, Delivery in December)
    • Profit - trip students will receive a portion of the profits from the sale
  • - "Frozen" Sale - January
    • Profit - ~40% of total sold

Other fundraising opportunites may include working at the Craft Fair, Fantasy in Lights

Orders are Due on Wednesday, October 9th.

Cheesecake & Butterbraid Delivery: Monday, October 21

Coffee/Pastry Puffins Delivery - Wednesday, October 30

Profit: Students earn the following towards their Account:

ButterBraids: $5.50 per ButterBraid sold

Cheesecake: $7 per Cheesecake sold

Coffee: $5 per Coffee Order, except $10 for small variety pack and $15 for large variety pack

Pastry Puffins: 40% of order

"FROZEN" SALE

ORDERS DUE: January 20

Delivery Date: February 5

THIS IS THE FINAL FUNDRAISER BEFORE TRIPS WILL NEED TO BE PAID IN FULL. PROFIT FROM THIS SALE CAN BE USED FOR YOUR FINAL PAYMENT.
