PSO (Parent School Organization) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation committed to providing encouragement, volunteers, and funding as needed for education programs, enrichment items, and community events to better our school, staff, and families at Deer Creek Elementary.
If you have a student at Deer Creek, you are a PSO member!
The PSO budget covers a multitude of needs and experiences for our Deer Creek community. Prior to the Covid pandemic, we typically raised and invested about $60,000 each year to cover educational programs, social events, literacy materials, teachers' needs, and many other opportunities.
In recent years, we funded a few special projects, including water bottle filling stations for the school and new equipment for the Downtown Playground. Donations go directly to support students, staff, and families!
