Reconnect. Regulate. Rise.
For women ready to feel safe in their bodies, trust themselves,
and create a life that feels like them.
Your body holds more than tension and stress — it holds patterns, emotions, memories, and wisdom. Somatic coaching is a body-centered approach to personal growth that helps you create lasting change by working with both the mind and the nervous system.
What Is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching integrates awareness of the body into the coaching process. Instead of focusing only on thoughts and behaviors, somatic work explores how experiences live physically through posture, breath, movement, sensation, and nervous system activation, re-activation and responses.
By learning to listen to your body, you can:
Regulate stress and overwhelm
Build emotional resilience
Strengthen boundaries and self-trust
Shift long-standing reactive patterns
Improve communication and relationships
Feel more grounded, present, calm and connected
Somatic coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a collaborative, growth-oriented process designed to help you access deeper awareness and sustainable change.
How Somatic Coaching Works
Each session is tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience. Sessions may include:
Nervous System Awareness
Learn how your body responds to stress, conflict, pressure, and uncertainty — and how to return to regulation more effectively.
Breath & Body Practices
Use grounding exercises, movement, posture awareness, and breathwork to support clarity and emotional balance.
Embodied Inquiry
Explore patterns that show up physically and emotionally in everyday life, relationships, leadership, and decision-making.
Mind-Body Integration
Bridge insight with action so change becomes something you feel and practice — not just something you understand intellectually.
The goal is not perfection — it’s developing the capacity to respond to life with more awareness, flexibility, and resilience.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is somatic coaching the same as therapy?
No. Somatic coaching focuses on growth, awareness, and forward movement rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
Do I need to be “good” at mindfulness or meditation?
Not at all. Somatic coaching is accessible to beginners and adaptable to different comfort levels and experiences.
How many sessions will I need?
Some clients benefit from a few focused sessions, while others choose ongoing support for deeper transformation and integration.
Is somatic coaching evidence-based?
Somatic approaches draw from neuroscience, nervous system regulation research, mindfulness practices, and embodied psychology traditions.
Begin Your Journey
Change happens not only through thinking differently but through experiencing yourself differently. Somatic coaching offers a grounded, compassionate space to reconnect with your body, increase resilience, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

Healing beyond words.
Connection beyond the surface.
There are moments when words are not enough.
Soul Touch Therapy is a gentle, restorative somatic practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space for what you may be carrying beneath the surface.
Through intentional, supportive touch, presence, breath, and embodied awareness, we invite the nervous system to soften and the body to feel safe enough to release what it no longer needs to hold. This is a space for coming out of your head and back into yourself — where you can listen inwardly, reconnect with your own wisdom, and simply be.
Rather than forcing change, Soul Touch Therapy honors the body's natural pace. We make room for stillness, sensation, emotion, and the quiet places within you that often go unheard in the busyness of everyday life.
Soul Touch Therapy may support you in:
Settling and regulating the nervous system
Reconnecting with your body and inner awareness
Releasing emotional and physical tension
Creating space for rest and restoration
Deepening your sense of connection with yourself
Moving from overwhelm toward greater presence
Cultivating a more compassionate relationship with your body
This is not about fixing what is wrong with you.
It is about creating enough safety and presence to settle, soften, release & restore balance.
Soul Touch Therapy can be experienced as a stand-alone offering or woven into your somatic coaching journey, creating a holistic space where body, mind, heart, and soul are welcomed into the work.
There comes a moment when your soul whispers that you’re ready for more — more peace, more purpose, more alignment, more connection, more joy. Women's life coaching is about more than setting goals — it’s about rediscovering your confidence, clarity, and identity beneath the expectations, overwhelm and self-doubt. You don't have to do it alone.
Through compassionate guidance, and personalized support, I help women break through limiting beliefs, nurture their inner strength, trust their intuition, and create deeply fulfilling change from the inside out. Together, we’ll build a life that feels aligned, balanced, and authentically yours.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking clarity, healing from burnout, redefining patterns or longing to rediscover yourself, you are worth receiving help and support on this journey. Together, we’ll create space for growth, balance, confidence, and transformation — mind, body, and soul.
You already carry the wisdom within you. Sometimes, you simply need support remembering it. Your next chapter starts here.
Rooted in You.
Connected to your Body.
Present with your Child.
Supported by Community.
A holistic approach to motherhood that honors the whole you. Together we grow.
I support mothers in coming home to themselves through a deeply embodied approach to healing, presence, and self-trust. My work honors motherhood as a transformative journey—not just of raising children, but of remembering the woman you are while nurturing the life you hold.
Through nervous system regulation practices and compassionate guidance, I help mothers reconnect with their intuition, reclaim their voice, and cultivate a sense of grounded wholeness. Together, we create space to move beyond survival mode, release patterns that no longer serve, and embrace motherhood with greater ease, confidence, and authenticity.
Whether you're navigating pre-motherhood, pregnancy, postpartum, or the evolving seasons of motherhood of children and adults, my offerings provide a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and lead your family from a place of presence rather than pressure. Embodied motherhood is an invitation to trust yourself, honor your needs, and experience motherhood as a path of healing, growth, and deep connection.

Trauma-Informed Christian Coaching may support you in:
Rebuilding trust in yourself and God
Navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion
Healing from spiritual wounds or unhealthy environments
Strengthening boundaries and relationships

Core values include:
Compassion Over Shame
Healing happens through grace, not condemnation.
Safety and Trust
Coaching creates space for honesty, reflection, and emotional regulation.
Whole-Person Care
Faith, emotions, body awareness, relationships, and spiritual practices are all connected.
Empowerment and Growth
You are not defined by your pain or past experiences. Coaching supports forward movement with wisdom and self-awareness.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Coaching provides a supportive space to explore transformative growth & healing one step at a time.
The Role of Faith in the Coaching Process
Faith can be a powerful source of comfort, wisdom, and restoration. Christian coaching creates room to explore God’s presence in your healing journey while honoring your experiences honestly and compassionately. The research is now robust on the benefits of the incorporation of body-oriented modalities. Talk processing, while beneficial, is not sufficient alone. Your experience will be based on how comfortable you are with each modality, personal preference, and how your mind/body/spirit/energy receive the practices. We will work together to find which techniques are the right fit for you. We will use your intuition, inner wisdom, and personal journey to help guide us.
Sessions are available virtually, by phone or in-person. In-person sessions may occur in one of two locations: Marietta, GA or Atlanta, GA.
