I know what it feels like to pour into everyone else while slowly losing yourself in the process. For years, I carried the weight of extensive trauma, self-doubt, expectations and the pressure to “have it all together,” while quietly longing for peace, purpose, and deeper connection and authenticity within myself. My own healing journey taught me that true transformation begins the moment a woman chooses herself again.
That journey is what led me to become a Women's Somatic Life Coach and when my signature focus Minutes to Moments: Embodied Motherhood was born.
I now help women and mothers of all life stages to:
STOP
Over-functioning
Overcompensating
Burning out, or living in "survival mode"
Masking and camouflaging to "seem" ok
Chasing, over-giving or overextending and experiencing no return
Shrinking themselves to fit others' perceptions and expectations
START
Reclaiming their lives
Reconnecting with their voices
Redefining their dreams and identities
Healing to live calm, centered and connected
Responding from a place of inner peace and joy
Taking back their own power to be the women and mothers they have always dreamed of being - no longer in fantasy - but here, now and in reality.

I served as a Licensed Professional Counselor for over eleven years. Through my own lived experience, and the wisdom of so many other souls I've had the privilege to journey alongside, I repeatedly saw the need for women to move beyond insight into embodied change. That's why my coaching is aimed towards creating the lasting changes, results and heart-centered purpose you long for.
My coaching is more than motivation — it’s a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, self-discovery, and spiritual alignment. I believe every woman deserves to feel empowered, seen, worthy, and deeply loved and fulfilled.
Whatever struggle or triumph you may face, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and encouragement. Together, we will uncover the strength already within you, release limiting beliefs, and create a life aligned with your truth, values, and vision.
This work is deeply personal to me because I know the power of transformation firsthand. I know what can happen when a woman stops shrinking herself and starts trusting who she is becoming.
And I believe your next chapter can be your most powerful one yet.

The Framework & My Approach
S.E.L.A.H
My coaching approach is tailored to a framework based on the Hebrew word Selah, meaning to rest, pause or reflect; often denoted in Scripture as a period of silence for musicians. I use Selah both as a foundational concept to coaching and as an acronym-based framework.
Selah is a beacon guiding you towards a life you love and want to wake up for every day. It is a call to being more "you" in the relationships that matter most to you. And it welcomes you to the S.E.L.A.H. way -> Creating a beloved life that is Sustainable, Embodied, Life-stage integrative, Adaptive and Holistic.
Explore what each of these means below. And remember -
You are important. You matter. You belong.
Lasting results are created by developing a life rhythm rooted in your values, aligned with your vision, and responsive to your capacity—so that meaningful progress can be sustained in a balanced and harmonious way. Together, we’ll develop realistic, actionable steps that support you in creating a greater, healthier reality—one that you can actually maintain and make your own.
Where insight becomes lived experience.
Embodied change is more than knowing—it’s becoming.
Through coaching, you’ll learn to bring your insights, values, desires, boundaries, and inner wisdom into the way you actually live. Rather than simply thinking differently, you’ll practice relating differently—to yourself, your body, your emotions, your relationships, and your life.
The result is a deeper sense of self-trust, alignment, presence, and agency: less performing who you think you should be, and more fully inhabiting who you are.
Honor where you’ve been. Grow into where you are. Embrace who you’re becoming.
Life-stage integrative coaching honors the whole story of who you are in any life stage. Together, we’ll integrate the experiences, transitions, relationships, roles, and identities that shape each season of your life, creating greater clarity, continuity, and freedom to move forward in a way that feels authentic to where you are now and where you want to be.
Adaptive coaching takes a personalized view of you and your individual needs. We create a coaching plan that is catered to you. This approach remains trauma conscious, neuroinclusive, collaborative and adjusting to what you need, when you need it most.
Whatever your background and life circumstance, we will take a whole-person view and offer support that adapts to your unique needs to gain growth that lasts.
Nothing exists in isolation. Every part of you matters.
Holistic coaching recognizes that every part of you is connected. Together, we’ll explore the interplay between your mind, body, emotions, relationships, values, beliefs, environment, and sense of purpose—rather than focusing on one part of your life. By bringing these pieces into greater awareness and alignment, you can create meaningful change that supports the whole of who you are and the life you’re creating.
