Hello!  I am Beth Handley.  I have been teaching for over 30 years and have taught 20 of those years right here at Dedham School. I love Dedham School, it is the best place to be a teacher and to be a student.  I have worn many hats and taught many things during my 20 years.  This year I have made the move to Middle School ELA and I couldn't be more excited!  I love words, I love to read, to write, and to be creative.  

I live in Dedham with my husband Mike, our dog Luna, and our cat Moe.  I have lived in Dedham for 24 years.  I have two grown children of whom I am very proud and who also went through Dedham School.  My daughter Robyn lives in Washington and my son Ethan lives in Massachusetts.  

I love to be outside doing most anything - hiking, camping, kayaking, reading, gardening, swimming, making snowmen, snowshoeing, and sitting by the campfire with friends and family. I am also a huge Bruins Fan.  GO B'S!!
