December 2-26, 2025 Giveaway Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

1. Sponsor

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (EST) on December 5th and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on December 26th. Entries submitted before or after these times will be disqualified.

3. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old at time of entry. 

• Open internationally.

• Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Must be registered to win.

• Be an active subscriber of the Sponsor’s newsletter prior to or during the entry period (part of the registration process).

• Open the weekly email and follow entry instructions (which may include answering a holiday‑themed question or submitting a registration form).

• Follow additional entry instructions as specified in each weekly newsletter (e.g., code‑word collection, quiz response, social media or website game).

5. Bonus & Additional Entries

You may earn extra entries by:

• Playing weekly games or quizzes included in the newsletter, on the website, or social media (Facebook or Instagram).

• Referring friends: If a friend uses your referral link to subscribe and completes registration, you receive an additional entry (must provide your name and email on registration form).

• Following social media or participating in social‑media‑based games (only if allowed under platform rules).

• Completing the full “secret‑code word” phrase and submitting it as instructed — this grants a bonus (double) entry.

6. Prizes

Weekly Prizes:

• One lucky winner each week will receive a free digital book from Deanna Lilly’s catalog — for themselves and a friend (must have completed registration form).

Grand Prize (Drawn 12/27):

• Complete digital library of all Deanna Lilly books (digital editions)

• An Amazon gift card

• Bonus: Winner’s friend receives the same digital library

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $70 (subject to change based on digital retail prices at time of award)
  Prizes are non‑transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitution allowed.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• Weekly winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries that week and announced the following Friday.

• Grand prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries received throughout the giveaway period.

• Winners will be notified by email (or via social media if applicable) within 2 calendar days of the draw (12/29).

• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond or declines, an alternate winner may be selected.

• Grand Prize winner will be announced on 1/2/25.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Privacy & Data Use

By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to store their submitted contact information for the purposes of administering this giveaway (not for sale or other uses). Winners consent to the use of their name (first name + last initial), city, and country for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability / Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and her affiliates, agents and assigns from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of a prize — including, but not limited to, technical errors, lost, misdirected or late entries, or prize delivery issues.

• Any social‑media‑based entry methods must comply with the platform’s rules (sharing and tagging are greatly appreciated but not required).

12. Governing Law

This giveaway is subject to the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes or issues will be handled in accordance with Florida state law. 

13. Right to Cancel or Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond control corrupt, impact, or impair the proper functioning or fairness of the giveaway.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this giveaway is to express appreciation to readers and increase audience engagement.
