Letter From The Principal

Your child's teacher will contact you before Friday, September 1st, 2023 to notify you what class your child is in.

*Our school day begins at 9:15 a.m. and ends at 3:45 p.m. (regular dismissal time on the first day)

*Please wait with your child outside of the Kindergarten yard. For the safety of all students, we will invite them in one at a time.

*Educators will be there to greet you and show which gate to drop-off and pick-up your child each day.

When school ends at 3:45 p.m., all of the children will line up with their class inside the Kindergarten yard. Educators stand at the gate and call each child one at a time to be dismissed to their pick-up person.

Great Beginnings Program

This program is designed to prepare children for a successful transition to Kindergarten .

The Great Beginnings start at the DDSB Introduction to Kindergarten Families Resource Booklet includes information such as the importance of play, how families can support the transition to Kindergarten, and play ideas for the home environment.
