This unit is the culminating activity for the course. You will be asked to pursue an area of interest to you. You will determine an area of legal study or relevant legislation, consider areas in need of change and propose a change to law based upon the information you have gathered. You will need to apply your understanding of all aspects of the legal inquiry process and the four legal thinking concepts. You will need to choose a method of presentation that effectively communicates your ideas.
