Vendor Info:

• The fee for an 10' x approx. 5' space rental is $120.00. Processing of applications are on a first come/first served basis. Please assist me by dating your application.

• We do our best to accommodate any special request, however, neither they, nor a particular table number can be guaranteed.

• Your space number and location will be available the day before the show. No transference of a table is allowed without prior written notice.

• The Craft Sale will be advertised in all media and will also be advertised via electric sign in front of the school as well as the Eastdale Internet Home Page.

• There is ample parking space available for customers; however, due to the success of last year’s show, we ask that where possible, vendors please arrange for transportation to and from the school.

• The Durham Board of Education prohibits smoking on school grounds. 

• Defacing or making holes or marks on the walls is not permitted. Clean-up of materials and debris around your booth is your responsibility.

• Collecting Ontario Sales Tax and Federal Sales Tax is your responsibility.

• Offensive material is not permitted. 

• Vendors will be able to set up on Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 a.m. and Sunday at 9:00am. Student help will be available. It is a difficult task to clean up the building and set up the floor plan after classes on the Friday. Vendors are asked to please adhere to the 6:00 p.m. set-up time. Thank you.

• If you require a receipt kindly enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

• All cheques should be made out to Eastdale Collegiate, and mailed to Eastdale Collegiate, Attention: Eastdale Craft Show , 265 Harmony Road North, Oshawa, Ontario, L1G 6L4, cash (in person) or the School Cash online program (found on Eastdale’s Website or by email request)
