Announcing the Eastdale 38th Annual Fall Craft Show at Eastdale Collegiate, 265 Harmony Road North, Oshawa on Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• The fee for a 10' x approx. 5' space rental is $130.00.  Processing of applications happens on a first come/first served basis.  Please assist me by dating your application.

• Returning vendors will be given priority on their same spot (if desired) as long as applications and payments are in before May 31st, 2025.  After this time applications of returning vendors wishing to change locations and new vendors will be processed.  

• Vendors will be able to set up on Friday, November 14th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm or Saturday morning beginning at 8:00am and Sunday at 8:30am  Student help will be available.  Vendors are asked to please adhere to these times

• All cheques should be made out to Eastdale Collegiate, and mailed to Eastdale Collegiate, Attention: Eastdale Craft Show, 265 Harmony Road North, Oshawa, Ontario, L1G 6L4, cash (in person) or the School Cash online program.

• We do our best to accommodate any special request, however, neither they, nor a particular table number can be guaranteed.  Your space number and location will be available the day before the show.  No transference of a table is allowed without prior written notice.

• The Craft Sale will be advertised in a variety of ways ranging from radio to physical signs to social media.

• In order to have parking for customers, we ask the vendors carpool or park in the spaces far away from the building.

• It is expected that vendors act in a kind responsible manner.  Vendors should not be working on products at their booth if they create excessive disturbance, noise or smell.  Defacing or making holes or marks on the walls is not permitted.  Clean-up of materials and debris around your booth is your responsibility.

• Collecting Ontario Sales Tax and Federal Sales Tax is your responsibility and offensive material is not permitted.

• Refunds will be subject to a $15 processing fee if before September 30th, 2025.  Refunds after this date are subject to a $30 fee and us finding a replacement vendor.
