Each year, the DDSB provides an opportunity to connect community partners with DDSB families/caregivers transition planning beyond secondary school. We are excited to launch this resource which supports access at any time, from anywhere & replaces the previous in-person format. Community partners have provided contact information and links to their supporting documents. The information is organized by type of support to help families and caregivers navigate the information and learn more about the available resources in our shared community.
