The Dundee Active Schools team are keen to ensure physical activity levels are maintained at a time when children’s lifestyles could easily become more sedentary. In order to support our pupils to stay active, we are adding new activities every week for parents and children to take part in at home. We want you all to try your hardest and think of your own creative ways to complete the challenges, or even think of your own activities to share with us all.

Parents, if you think your child is doing well by taking part and trying their hardest you may like to click here and print out a participation certificate to reward their determination, creativity and effort.
Remember, children aged 5-18 should be active for at least 60 minutes across the day, every day to stay fit and healthy.
