Bulk: Each resident is responsible to dispose of trash items larger than what a contractor size trash bag can accommodate. Below are two solutions.
Drive the item to Fort Totten Solid Waste Disposal Transfer Station.
Contact, schedule, and pay our trash collection vendor to pick up the item. Do not put items out 48 hours before their scheduled pick up.
Holiday decorations provide alterations to the exterior of our homes that often conflict with existing expectations established by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Therefore, the Board of Directors permits the placement of outdoor decorations for any holiday one month prior to the observed date and expects their removal 14 days following.
During the Winter Holiday Season, decorations can start being displayed on the 2nd weekend of November and are to be removed by January 31st.
