Welcome to 3rd Grade! 😁
Dear Families,
We are excited to welcome you and your child to 3rd grade! This year will be filled with new learning opportunities, growth, and exciting experiences. As your child’s 3rd grade team, our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
In 3rd grade, students take on greater responsibility for their learning, and we look forward to working together to build strong academic skills, independence, and confidence. Some of the highlights this year will include:
Expanding reading comprehension and writing skills
Diving deeper into multiplication, division, and problem-solving in math
Exploring science through hands-on investigations
Learning about communities, history, and cultures in social studies
We believe that communication between home and school is key to student success. Throughout the year, you will receive updates about classroom news, assignments, and upcoming events. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns—we value your partnership and support.
We are looking forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and fun in 3rd grade! Thank you for sharing your child with us—we are honored to be part of their journey.
Warmly,
The 3rd Grade Team
