My name is Brittany Peterkin, and I am the fourth-grade Special Education teacher. I’m from Northeast Philadelphia and graduated from Shippensburg University in 2019. I have been teaching for five years and have had the opportunity to work with students in kindergarten, first grade, and as a Life Skills teacher. Special education is very important to me because I love being able to support students as they grow, learn, and discover their strengths. I’m excited to continue creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for my students this year!
