Hello JYK family old and new

My name is Ms. Bowers and I am the teacher for class 203! This is my 4th year teaching at Discovery and I am soooo excited to connect with you and your family.  I have an older son who attended Discovery from Kindergarten to 8th grade many many moons ago and a daughter that currently attends, needless to say Discovery is home for me.  Before coming to education I was a social worker for 20 years, I have a passion for helping children in a number of capacities.    I am  This is going to be an awesome year of adventure!
