Sora Virtual Library: Access e-books and audiobooks through the Sora app: Use online or download the Sora app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then follow these directions.
Hangouts Chat in Gmail to Communicate with Teacher
Click on the cogwheel and select "Settings," then select "see all settings."
In the "Chat and Meet" tab at the top, find "Chat" and select "Google Chat" and select your chat position.
In Chat, select the "+" and enter your teacher's name.
Type message (chat only, no video).
Join a Hangouts Meet for a Virtual Class (Cheat Sheet)
Click on the link sent to you by your teacher, select "Join with Google Meet" on the calendar invitation, or go to the app switcher grid and select "Meet" and enter the code provided. NOTE: You must be logged in with your school account.
You can enable the camera, microphone, and closed captioning with the icons at the bottom of the screen if necessary for class (remember to turn off camera and mute microphone when instructed by the teacher).
Use the "Chat" feature only as instructed by your teacher.
Use the three-dot menu in the lower right to:
Change layout or go full screen.
Use Settings to check audio and video (make sure the correct microphone, speaker, and camera are selected).
To leave a call, press the PHONE icon at the bottom of the screen.

Trello: Trello is a collaborative project-management software using boards and cards to organize and track individual and group work. Select "Login with Google" and access with your district username and password.
Zamzar: Use this tool to convert files of different formats (or try Cloud Convert).

Something not working properly? A lot of issues can be "fixed" with just a few basic steps:
Make sure you are using Chrome for your browser.
Make sure you are only signed into your DCSD school account in both the browser and application window (sign out of personal Google accounts).
Make sure your device software is up to date.
Close the browser window and re-open.
Restart the computer.
