Program Overview: 2026-2027 School Year

Before School

6:30 am - 9:00 am

6:30 am - 9:45 am (selected PLC Days)

Located in  the BASE Childcare Mobile  

$17.00 /per session

Our Before School Program provides a welcoming, relaxed environment where children can ease into their day before school begins. Mornings are designed to create a smooth transition into the school day while giving children time to connect with friends and prepare for a successful day.

Children may choose from a variety of activities, including games, crafts, technology, and hands-on centers, or spend time working on homework, reading, or socializing with friends. They are also welcome to enjoy a home-provided breakfast or snack. Depending on the day's schedule and weather, children may participate in a teacher-led club or enjoy outdoor recess. On Fridays, we start the day with a fun Movie Day! 

Our morning routine is intentionally flexible, allowing us to meet the needs and interests of our students while providing a positive start to each school day.

 After School  

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm 

Located in Childcare Mobile 

$16.00/per session

Children are picked up from their respective campuses and escorted to the BASE Childcare Mobile or the North Campus playground (weather permitting), where they can relax, recharge, and enjoy their afternoon in a safe, engaging environment.

The afternoon is filled with opportunities to explore, create, and play. Depending on the day, children may begin with outdoor recess or a teacher-led club before enjoying free-choice activities such as arts and crafts, games, technology, and hands-on centers. Children also have the opportunity to enjoy a home-provided snack while spending time with friends and participating in activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. On Fridays, we end the week with a fun Movie Day! 

 Full Day Program

7:00 am - 5:30 pm 

Located in Childcare Mobile for onsite camp days and at varying off-campus destinations for field trips

$38.00/per session (plus activity fees for onsite activities and off-campus field trip/school bus costs) 

The Full Day Program is offered on specific days when children are not attending school.  On Full Days we incorporate a balance of social interaction, engaging crafts, off site field trips and physical activity to make the day exciting and meaningful to your child.
