Welcome!
My name is Mrs. Goedeker, and I am so excited to be your 4th Grade Teacher here at Pine Lane Elementary this year! I am really looking forward to doing some fun projects and learning a lot. I am a Colorado native and this will be my 16th year at Pine Lane and my second year teaching fourth grade. I can't wait to get to work with you. I taught kindergarten here at Pine Lane for 7 1/2 years before moving up to fourth grade. Prior to that, I was a substitute teacher for Douglas County, but mostly subbed at Pine Lane in every grade and subject. Before subbing, I taught second grade at an Aurora public school for 3 years in 2nd grade. I have a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in mathematics. Math and science are my favorite subjects and I love being a member of the Pine Lane community!
My son Hayden is a Pine Lane alumni. He started as a preschooler here and went all the way through 6th grade. He will now be starting his junior year at the University of Wyoming this fall, majoring in mechanical engineering and minoring in biomedical engineering. I am very proud and love getting to spend time with him when I get the chance!
I am super lucky to be married to my high school sweetheart, Aaron. He is a Battalion Chief for South Metro Fire Department. We live in Parker and have 3 dogs, an 8-year-old chocolate lab Ember and two 6.5-year-old rescue dogs Koda and Truckie. We also have a barn cat Spook and a chicken. I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, paddleboarding, scuba diving, playing games, traveling, and watching movies. Our newest hobby, since my son can drive, has been four wheeling with our jeeps.
