About me

I am a proud Douglas County graduate and have the special privilege of teaching at Mountain View Elementary, the same school I attended as a child! It is such a meaningful full-circle moment to be back in this wonderful community. I have taught kindergarten and first grade for 20 years now!

When I'm not at school, I love spending time with my husband, my high school sweetheart of over 20 years, and our two children. Our daughter attends the University of Oklahoma, where she is studying aviation, and our son is a junior at Ponderosa High School. Our home is always full of fun thanks to our two lovable dogs, Remi and our newest puppy, Marlowe.

I can't wait to partner with you this year. Together, we'll make first grade a year filled with learning, laughter, growth, and unforgettable memories!
