Meet Ms. Wyneken!

Hi! My name is Hailey Wyneken and I am so excited for an amazing year with your student! This is my second year at Gold RushElementary and I know it will be a great one.

I grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and have lived here my whole life. I love Colorado and think it is one of the most beautiful places to live. I currently live in Highlands Ranch and I love that I will be able to teach in the community I've lived in my whole life!

My parents also live in Highlands Ranch with our two cats, Jack and Cody. I have one brother who lives in Centennial and we're very close! We love to get together with our family every Sunday for dinner and one of our favorite family activities is visiting the mountains whenever we have the chance.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my friends and family. I also enjoy watching basketball and football, being outside in nature, and traveling.

Education

I graduated in 2023 from The University of Colorado, Boulder with my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I am currently working on completing my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Phoenix.

I believe that learning is a lifelong experience and I can't wait to share my love for education with my class. I work to make my classroom a welcoming and safe environment for all of my students. I value every child's individuality and I strive to help them feel important and understood. I love the joy teaching brings me and nothing is more amazing then watching all my students grow.
