Families and Students:
Please read these policies and expectations!

Late Work
Students have a two-week grace period to turn in late work for credit. Work habits grade will be affected. This will change as the year progresses and students are given more responsibility.
If a students is absent, work will NOT be considered late as long as it is turned in within the allotted amount of time. For example, if a student is absent for 4 days, they will have 4 days + 1 day, so 5 days to get the missing work from the absence turned in on time! Assignments turned in within this time frame will NOT be considered late.
When students are absent, they should:
Check teachers' websites and Google Classroom to locate assignments, worksheets, agendas, and/or work missed.
Then see us for further clarification, if needed. We're more than happy to help!
Students are required to have a reading book (electronic or paper) with them at all times. Electronic books need to be on tablets or e-readers, not phones.
Phones, headphones, earbuds, etc. should be stored in student backpacks and turned off upon entering the classroom. This is a school wide policy! If a student has a specific question concerning phones, please come talk with one of the Morgan teachers.
Students are expected to write down homework assignments and upcoming due dates for tests/quizzes and projects. Planners should be brought to class each day.
Students may have the opportunity to retake certain content knowledge tests/quizzes. This is at the teacher's discretion.
