This week students will present all their and learning and hard work they have put into our Colorado unit. We hope to see everyone at our Colorado Road Trip presentations on Tuesday. In addition to preparing for this project, this week students will watch the movie White Fang to extend their learning about prospector lifestyle during the gold rush. They will also work collaboratively to practice and preform a readers theater for their classmates. This week is also very busy with some school wide events. Our Color Throw is on Monday, Road Trip and Pinocchio play on Tuesday, band concert and Spring Fling on Thurday and Field Day on Friday.

Back again for yet again another report, this is your weekly fourth grade reporter on the job. This week the entire class was very very busy. As the class prepares to present their Colorado Road Trip Project to parents and other students, students have been frantic, gluing and all. The class worked on everything related to it, colorado history, notes, and even cool crafts like the assigned bottle buddy project. The upcoming project really brings intensity to certain times in the classroom, as students rush to get them done. What also brings intensity is the upcoming color run. This requires you to bring a blank T-shirt to school. In this event, you run around throwing colored powder in a rush. This event is upcoming and exciting, so be prepared. Moving on, our I-ready diagnostic scores are coming in again, and the results are great. The classroom  has shown tons of growth in the math area this week, and that's something to be proud of. Sawyer Kalman, who is doubting just adding this much to the report, is signing out now, and maybe ill see you next week. With that, Sawyer Nicholas Kalman, fourth grade reporter, is signing out.
