Hello! Welcome to our classroom. This is my second year teaching at Eagle Ridge and I'm beyond excited. I taught preschool for one year and Second grade for three years. I did my student teaching in First grade and fell in love. I attended the University of Northern Colorado and earned my BA in Psychology and then continued on to get my Masters in Elementary Education at MSU Denver.

I’m thrilled to begin the year and meet your child. I’m very passionate when it comes to learning and working with children to collaborate, problem solve, share ideas, work together, and learn new 21st century skills in the classroom. I want children to be able to express their ideas, reflect and come up with goals to achieve throughout the year. Cheers to an awesome year of learning and teaching First Grade!

Fun Facts about Mrs. Roll:

*My husbands name is Collin, we married in September of 2018. We love being active outside and working out. We enjoy going to festivals, hiking, going to the pool, and having adventures. We are huge Colorado Avalanche Fans. Go Avs!

*I’m a native to Colorado and love everything about the state, whether it’s going to the mountains or relaxing by the pool on a hot summer day.

* Mr. Collin and I love the beach, our favorite place to go is Florida and visit the dolphins at the Clear Water Aquarium.

*I can also be found curling up with a book and reading in my free time. I hope to inspire my passion for reading in our classroom.

*We also bought our first dog during quarantine. His name is Winston and he is a Mini Golden Doodle. He has lots of energy and kept me very busy this summer.

*You will also always see Mrs. Roll always drinking coffee. :)
