Welcome to Team nokota Language Arts 

Welcome to Cimarron and Team Nokota!  My name is Tera Mendelsohn, and I am the Language Arts teacher for our team.  I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Elementary Education and a Minor in Special Education, then my master's degree in Education and Literacy.  This is my 24th year of teaching.  I am excited to start my first year at Cimarron. 

I have two precious kids; they both went to Cimarron.  Brayden spent two years in Fort Collins.  He is home working at a golf course this semester and contemplating what is next.  Lauryn is a junior at Regis Jesuit High School.

My Favorites

Hobbies: I am a Colorado native and enjoy spending time outdoors.  I love listening to live music and going to sporting events (go Broncos and Avs).  As a family, we enjoy traveling and spending time in new places.  My daughter plays competitive lacrosse; she is a goalie.  Seeing her compete is super fun.  I treasure spending time with friends and family.
