Meet the Teacher

Hello CTE families!

My name is Grace Kelley, and this will be my eighth year teaching and my third year here at CTE. I'm originally from Missouri, which is where I went to school for my bachelor's and master's degree, but I also grew up in the Denver area as kid throughout my elementary years.

Below are a few pictures and even more things about me to get to know me and who I am outside of teaching and the classroom!

A few Things About me:

I've lived abroad in Thailand and Chile (where my mom is from)
I enjoy reading books (a day isn't complete unless I've read a story)
Cooking, crafting, sewing, and flea markets are right up my alley
I enjoy a nice bike ride or hike in the great outdoors (it's uplifting)
I'm an old soul who enjoys vintage items and classics of anything
Experiencing art in all of its forms is marvelous to do
Pets are the best thing to have in a house!
I'm always up for grabbing a smoothie, some Starbucks, or sipping on a nice cup of tea (being near a fireplace with my drink is considered a bonus)
I'm appreciative and very ecstatic to receive invites that allow me to watch my students succeed and celebrate their accomplishments outside of school
