2026 HRHS Summer School will offer credit recovery through the Edgenuity platform.  We are sorry that we can not offer in person this year, however,  Mountain Vista  and Thunder Ridge are the only schools offering in person summer school this year.  Check with your counselor or the Summer School Administrator for more inforation.

SUMMER SCHOOL OPTIONS

Due to construction in our school over the summer, we are only able to offer online summer school for Credit Recovery instead of in-person learning. Students who want in-person learning for grade replacement should contact their counselor for help in finding the best school. 

As a reminder, credit recovery means:

• Students may ONLY take classes they have already failed: they can NOT work ahead.

• Students are encouraged to reach out to their counselors to make sure they are signing up for the appropriate course

• The original F remains on the transcript and is accompanied by whatever score is earned on this course

• The course is not NCAA eligible

• All learning is self-paced through Edgenuity website, allowing students to work at their preferred pace and times

• Courses MUST be completed by the due date and time for each course (3 pm on June 29 for Session 1 and 3 pm on July 27 for Session 2) or risk adding another F to their transcript

PLEASE NOTE: 

If you are unsure about your class re-take, check with your counselor before the end of school on May 29th or the summer school administrator.

If you're trying to register after the session starts, please email the summer school administrator to ensure your child has as much time as possible to complete the course.
