How big should my photo file be?
Desire High quality (300 dpi quality--Bigger is fine, and better!)
What file format do you accept?
File format .jpg
Can I submit solo pictures of my child(ren)?
Yes, because of COVID and Quarantine situations we are allowing individual photos.
What photos do you accept?
Ideally group photos (or class photos where applicable) and photos with a minimum of 4+ Heritage students, but we are allowing small groups and outside of the school photos.
What if I have more than one photo to submit?
Feel free to submit as many photos as you like, just make sure they are uploaded into the correct folders.
How do I load photos into the Google Drive?
You can either drag and drop them into the appropriate folder in the yearbook drive found HERE, or you can share them directly through your Google Drive by sharing with Heritageybc@heexplorers.org.
On your computer, go to drive.google.com.
Click the folder you want to share.
Click Share (grey person icon with plus sign).
Under "People," type Heritageybc@heexplorers.org.
To choose how a person can use the folder, click the Down arrow.
Click Send. An email is sent to people you shared with.
Can I send them by email?
Because of size limitations in some email providers we encourage you to upload them directly if possible. Please see the Photo Submissions page for instructions.
