Access Entry Ticket

Entry Tickets must be turned in at least one day before you attend tutoring so that Ms. Kauffman has time to pull resources and retake materials for you! :D

• For example: If you want to attend Monday tutoring, your form must be turned in by Friday. If you want to attend Thursday tutoring, you must turn in your form by Wednesday.
• You will not be allowed into Access until you have completed this sheet with detailed reflections
• You must sign up for Access by the Red Hot Chile Paper Board so that Ms. Kauffman can plan for your session
• Students are allowed three retakes per quarter but can come in for questions and extra practice whenever they'd like!
