Program Manager

Mrs. Lopez is our fearless leader and the Program Manager of the Eldorado All Stars BASE program. She has worked at Eldorado since it opened in 2001! Her 25 years of experience working with children makes her a priceless asset to the All Stars team. Mrs. Lopez displays genuine care for all of the children and staff in her program. She is amazing mom to three awesome kids:  Jennie - Eldorado student, Eli - ThunderRidge student and Santana - sophmore  at Colorado State University.  Mrs. Lopez’s favorite field trip is the Island & favorite activity at All Stars is teaching the kids how to knit!

Program Leader

Mrs. Lidia is a committed Douglas County School District employee and an amazing Program Leader here at All Stars. She has worked with DCSD since 2010 and BASE since 2013. She worked as the Kitchen Manager here at Eldorado as well. Mrs. Lidia loves to do arts and crafts with the kids.  She is the mother to four daughters: Alejandra, Victoria, LeAndrea & Amanda whom have all graduated from ThunderRidge. In the summer of 2017, she married her husband Troy in Mexico. Her favorite field trip is Cave of the Winds and her favorite hobby is spontaneous road trips & traveling!

Substitute Program Leader

Mr. Jon (sometimes called track Mr. Jon or fast Mr. Jon) is one of our amazing substitutes! He graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in psychology & Grand Canyon University in 2022 with a degree in elementary education. Mr. Jon worked in the Affective Needs program at Eldorado from 2017-2023.  He is currently working as a 5th grade teacher at Renaissance Elementary in Castle Rock. Mr. Jon is an avid athlete, sports & music enthusiast and a former track star for MSU Denver. He has also coached track at various high schools and does private track lessons. He was the star player every year for the teachers during the Panther Bowl. At All Stars, Mr. Jon's favorite field trip is Defy Denver & his favorite activity at All Stars is playing sports with the kids!

Substitute Program Leader

Mr. Jack is an outstanding substitute program leader who went to Eldorado from Kindergarten all the way through 6th grade.  He attended All Stars for many years as a kid. Mr. Jack loves sports more than just about anyone. His current favorite sports team is the Denver Nuggets. Mr. Jack graduated form ThunderRidge in 2024 and is now a Sophmore at Colorado State University.  Mr. Jack's favorite field trip is the Island & activity is playing basketball with the kids!

Substitute Program Leader

Ms. Lilly is a brilliant substitute program leader who attended Eldorado all through her elementary school years while also attending All Stars. She graduated from  ThunderRidge High School in 2023 & is attending Colorado State University. Ms. Lilly wants to study political science with a concentration in international studies. She loves to read and is beyond exceptional when it comes to her education. Ms. Lilly also has a passion for running. Her favorite field trip is the Island & she really enjoys in house dance days & playing outside with the kids!

Substitute Program Leader

Ms. Liz is one of our awesome All Stars substitute program leaders who also works at Eldorado as our school social worker. Ms. Liz got her bachelor's degree in social work from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Her passion is her work and making a difference in the lives of the children around her. Ms. Liz loves spending time with her family and is an avid country music fan!

Substitute Program Aide

Ms. Kate is our new amazing substitute program aide! She attended All Stars for many years as a kid. Ms. Kate spent all of her elementary school years here at Eldorado. She is the sister of Mr. Jack.  Ms. Kate has a passion for acting, loves the Denver Nuggets and is a big fan of Billie Eilish, Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers.
