2023-2024 B.A.S.E. Tuition and Fees

Site: Eldorado 

Effective:  First Day of School for the 2023-2024 School Year

Tuition rates based on per child, per day. 

Regular Registration Rate: 

$14.00 Before School/$15.00 After School/$35 Full Day + Activity fee (actual cost of the activity/entrance fee) and transportation fee ($7)

Late Registration Rate (after Wednesday at midnight the previous week): 

$17.00 Before School/$18.00 After School/$40 Full Day + Activity fee (actual cost of the activity/entrance fee) and transportation fee ($7)

Drop-In Rate (same day/not scheduled, please call to confirm if space is available):

$18.00 Before School/$19.00 After School/$41 Full Day (actual cost of the activity/entrance fee) and transportation fee ($7)

On-Time Schedule Rate:  Schedule submitted by Wednesday at midnight prior to week(s) requested

Late Schedule Rate:

Schedule submitted after cut-off and no less than one day before first day of care, if space is available.

Unscheduled Rate:  No schedule submitted, parent must call staff in advance to ensure space is availability 


On-Time Scheduling Cut-off:  Parents shall submit schedules and payment for child care sessions by midnight on the Wednesday prior to the week (or weeks, as some sites have monthly registration, due to size and programming needs) in order to receive the regular registration rate.  This provides staff with two (2) business days to plan for staffing and programming for the following week(s).  


Late Schedule Rate:  Calculated based on an additional $3.00 per child for Before School and After School.  Calculated based on $5.00 per child for School Breaks.  Based on space available. 


Unscheduled Rate:  Calculated based on an additional $4.00 per child for Before School and After School. Calculated based on $6.00 per child for School Breaks.  Parents shall contact the program in advance to verify if space is available. BASE Manager reserves the right to deny services if parents show concerning patterns / frequency of unscheduled child care and/or delinquent payment for charges.  


Annual Registration Fee (July 1st- June 30th): FREE FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR!
$75.00 per child, $100.00 per family.  These fees pay for the cost to enroll families into the program, which includes setting up accounts so parents can access our new parent portal.  Parents will be able to enroll, schedule, pay with credit or debit cards, and access receipts, schedules, and year-end tax statements online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Registration fees are allocated toward the cost of the SchoolCare Works parent portal, our online scheduling and payment system. Families are only required to pay one registration fee for each school year, even if the child(ren) attends more than one BASE program. When registering for multiple BASE programs, SchoolCare Works will charge a registration fee for each program in order to create your parent portal account(s). After you have paid the additional registration fee(s), you will need to contact SCWBASESupport@dcsdk12.org - we will refund any duplicate registration fees that you have paid to additional BASE programs.


Sibling Discounts:  10% discount off of the on-time schedule rate for additional siblings for School Break days only.  This discount does not apply to late registration and/or unscheduled rates.  


Activity Fees (School Breaks):  Activity and/or field trip fee will be charged per child based on cost of entrance fee. In addition, $7 per child per off site excursion, will be charged when transportation is utilized.


Late Pick-Up Fees:  $3.00 per child, per minute after program closing time.  Program Manager reserves the right to deny services if parents show concerning patterns / frequency of late pick-ups.
