*Dress rehearsal, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm*
( For the Dress Rehearsal, students must bring a sack lunch)
*If accepted into an Honor Group, in addition to the Concert day rehearsal and performance, students must attend 3 required pre-rehearsals/sectionals on:
Tuesday December 2, 2025 - 5:30pm-7:30pm at TBD Middle School in TBD (Map) (10-15 minute Parent Meeting from 6:00pm-6:15pm)
Thursday January 8, 2025 - 5:30pm-8:00pm at TBD Middle School in TBD (Map)
Friday January 16, 2026 - 5:30pm-7:30pm at Chaparral High School in Parker (Map)
**Failure to attend a rehearsal without prior notification may result in you being asked to not participate**
$30.00 Non-Refundable Participation Fee (based on the audition outcome, students/parents pay this if asked to be in an honor group)
Parents are responsible for all Transportation to and from the required rehearsals and the performance.
FAQ: What does the Participation Fee Go Towards?
The Participation fee goes towards the District Honor Group operating costs, which may include but are not limited to:
Compensating guest clinicians/conductors for travel, time/services, food, lodging etc.
Purchasing Organization percussion equipment accessories for our use
Providing dinner for students the day of the performance
Compensating accompanists and guest musician
Providing a possible keepsake from the event etc.
Purchasing Honor Group owned percussion equipment
Purchasing any music for performances or any licensing needed to perform musical works
