Want to add Apps? Here's what has to be done:
1. You will first want to check the approved list by visiting this link.
2. Check that the App you want installed isn't on this LIST. This is a complete list of apps that DCSD has REMOVED from the JSS system and cannot be installed on any iPad.
3. Complete a Help Desk ticket that includes the following information:
-The exact name of the application.
-The exact name of each iPad on which the application needs to be installed.
-The link to the app within the Apps Store.
-Be sure to select the "Ask my Cite CST" option so that the ticket comes to me. I will need to add a specific link to the ticket.
4. Once I have received your ticket, I will get my information added and then submitted to the district within 24-48 hours.
