Scheduling and Payment Processes: Please submit childcare schedules through the online SchoolCare Works parent portal, no later than Wednesday at midnight for the following week(s) of care, in order to allow the program time to staff and plan accordingly. If space is available, parents may sign up after the Wednesday midnight cutoff, and late fees will be automatically charged through the online system. Please call/text us to see if there is space available for same day childcare needs.

If there is an afternoon session you have signed your child up for and they can't attend, please call or text our program cell to let us know. If we have a child who does not show up and is signed up we have to search the school grounds and call parents and emergency contacts until we know the whereabouts of the child.
If you need to cancel or change a session and it is before the Wednesday deadline (Wednesday at 11:59 pm) email John to receive a credit for the session — these changes do not count toward your three allotted credits for the school year. These credits are unlimited as long as you let us know by the Wednesday before the week of attendance deadline. Changes after the Wednesday deadline will have to use the 3 allotted credits per family for a day of service.
Late Pick-Up Fees: $3.00 per child, per minute after program closing time. If you are going to be late due to traffic, etc., please call the program cell number and advise staff when we can expect you. Program Manager reserves the right to deny services if parents show concerning patterns/frequency of late pick-ups.
Parking: Please park in the parking lot or near the dumpsters & do not block others in
Do not leave younger children in the car unattended, we are mandatory reporters and are required to report this to Human Services and the police.
Drop off and Pick up: Be prepared to know your PIN (listed above) when dropping off or picking up your child(ren). This can be found in your parent portal under the “Personal” tab. Please also remember to bring your ID the first few times you pick up so staff has time to become familiar with you. Each authorized pick-up person has a unique PIN so please be sure everyone that may be picking up your child knows theirs.
Snacks: Breakfast is provided by Nutrition Services each morning for free on school days. Please send your child with extra snacks for after school & full days (AM/PM snack for full Days).
