New Student and Family Information
We are so glad you're here!
Welcome to UHS and we hope you are excited to jump into our Cougar living and learning environment. This page will help introduce you to a few key things that new students and families may need to know.
We are excited that you would like your child to attend Union High School. Welcome to the Online Student Enrollment for UHS. Filling out the New Student Registration form is the first step in the process to register a new student (not currently enrolled within our district).This form includes information about the student such as previous school name and phone number,and language information which will be required. A current email address is also required to begin this process. This form will let our registrar know you are interesting in attending our school. You will still be require to bring in forms and legal papers, see next section.

Upon completion, you will be required to speak with our Registrar; Mrs. Broadhead. She will need the following documents:
Updated Immunization records
Birth certificate
One proof of residency document
Copy of Transcript if the student has completed any high school credits
*Copy of IEP or 504 from the previous school if applicable
Upon completion of these steps you may see a counselor to have a schedule made for your student and your student may attend Union High school. Counselors cannot create schdeuls and students may not attend classes until these steps are complete.
