2:45-4:15 (ish)
Please be dressed for inside and/or outside practice. All athletes need an off season conditioning form.
Distance runners are meeting Mon/Wed

The Boosters are an amazing organization that supports us every year! They help to purchase items that we need to help run a successful program. In return we need parents to help in the snack bar for our home track meets on March 2 and April 6. You will still be able to step out really quick and watch your athlete compete in their event.
