Annual Health Screening:
The health office will be conducting our annual vision and hearing screenings as well as heights and weights for all grades starting this fall. If you do not want your child to have a school screening please send in a letter stating this as soon as possible. Complete exemption request form here.
The screenings may reveal changes that require we send a note home urging follow up with a specialist. If we find your child needs further testing, a call to home will be made as well as the 2-way school form requiring completion and return with the specialist’s recommendation. If your child sees a specialist please keep us informed. Notices are only sent to those students that do not meet the states standards. If your child wears glasses or hearing aids please have them wear them.
Physical Reminder:
Please send in your child’s 3rd grade physical for the 2024/2025 school year. If your child had a physical over the summer please forward a copy to the health office.
