Order of Appearance will be emailed to all coaches on Saturday, October 21st by noon. I totally understand that coaches need to get a message to the AD so they may order a bus. The tournament is starting at 11:30 a.m. Depending on the amount teams that enter - we will determine a better understanding of the times.
Teams will come into the school leaving all belongings on the bus. Cheerleaders will enter with uniforms on and ready to go. There will be no holding area for teams. Therefore, hair and makeup must be done - locker rooms will not be opened (except to use the bathroom). This helps with the overcrowding in all areas of the school. As well as, eliminates any stolen items that may take place at this event.
Each team will have a registration time, stretching time, warm-up time, on-deck time, and performance time. Warm-up times will be only about 3 minutes in each area. Therefore, please make sure you have an organized plan in place with your team before you report to your scheduled warm-up times.
ATHLETIC TRAINER - we will have an athletic trainer on duty. Cheerleaders that need to be taped, must supply their own pre-wrap and medical tape. We will have ice available for athletes who will need this.
Let's BOOgie with our D.J. Justin at the HILLoween Cheer Invitational. Each team must designate their own music person - Justin will be unable to play the team's music.
CHEER WEAR and more - we will have a cheerwear table available for teams and spectators to visit. Selling sweatshirts, t-shirts, key chains, water bottles, and more.
Awards will be announced in our auditorium and in our gymnasium. I will have more information for coaches so each division knows where awards will be announced. Awards will be split up throughout this event so teams are not there for a long time.
Scoresheets and Tally Sheets will be handed to the coaches only after the award ceremony.
CONCESSION STAND - EAT DRINK AND BE SCARY with our concession stand available selling, hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage grinders, pizza, mac and cheese, chili, baked potatoes, French Fries, veggie bags, candy, drinks, and desserts.
