Teen Staff : Students who would like assistance being paired with one of our employers to expand their career experiences and opportunities are eligible to apply for Teen Staff. This is a competitive program and students that are selected will be paired with employers based on career interests.
Interviews will take place in October and all placements will be assigned in November. From November to January, students will be evaluated to see if the placement is a good fit and determine eligibility for early release second semester to earn course credit! Students are paid for 280 hours for this experience!

Summer Work-Based Learning : Applications for this program come available starting in April and the program starts with an orientation when school is out for the year. This paid opportunity allows students who have completed 8th - 12th grade to complete a 4-8 week internship with one of our business partners. Students work 16 hours per week and effort is made to find employers that aligns with student career interests! To be eligible, students must have good attendance throughout the school year, pass all courses, and not have recurring discipline infractions.

Government Day: Are you in Government and want to learn more about what it take to run our county? Join us for a field trip to work with our county administrators as they mentor your group through an interactive activity!
This is a ONE DAY field experience for students enrolled in Government 1st or 2nd semester. Please see your Government teacher to get a field trip form to attend! Lunch will be catered for that day and the event will be held during school hours at one of our county enhancement centers (Ragsdale or Eastside).
