FAQs

How do I access my account?

How do I add an interpreter to my conference call?

You need to connect to the interpreter first and then dial in the other parties through the platform. Alternatively, you can use the Zoom Integration to directly invite the interpreter to your meeting.

How do I prevent my calls from going to certain interpreters?

Send your DCLS account manager each interpreter's ID number (which can be found in your call log) so they can be placed on your "do not call" list. After some trial and error, your calls will be routed to your preferred group of interpreters.

Why are my calls not connecting?

Calls may not connect if you have poor/unstable internet. End the call, check your internet connection, and then try to place the call again.

Why are my calls taking a long time to connect?

You may experience longer-than-normal wait times due to various factors, including but not limited to: call time relative to interpreters' time zones, sudden high call volume, and language and/or specialization rarity. If you are on stuck on hold for a long amount of time, consider ending the call and placing the call again.
